Awareness Exercise: Recall a time in your life when you had a clear insight about what to do and acted on it. What was the outcome? Did things work out well? How did you feel about listening and acting on that intuition? Now, recall a time when you had a clear insight and didn’t act on it? What was the outcome? Did things work out poorly? How did you feel about disregarding that intuition? Compare the differences. Which one felt right?
