Comtemplate that Life, (the Word as opposed to matter) is the spiritual substance and source of infinite qualities and energy. Now, contemplate that God is your Life. If you knew you could restore, replenish, renew yourself simply by knowing that your life is constantly being imparted with an endless supply of qualities, how would that change things?
Awareness Exercise: Notice where are you stuck or depleted in your life? Now apply this right understanding of the source of all Life and its qualities to the problem. Notice how and where harmony is being restored. What’s possible?
